Sean Deacon

Senior Architect

Sean joined Patel Taylor in 2013 as a part two architectural assistant, gaining his Part III from the University of Westminster in 2014.

Sean previously worked at Ryder Architecture, one of the UK’s leaders in the use of BIM software, where he built up his proficiency in Revit. Sean has also worked for Bere Architects and Shepheard Epstein Hunter where he gained a broad range of experience on different types of projects.

Since joining Patel Taylor he has been involved with producing tender packages for two high-end residential towers in London, using his Revit expertise to produce BIM models for these schemes. Sean is currently part of the Shell Centre team and is also involved in the design of a new student housing scheme for Essex University as well as an iconic riverside tower for Barratt London.
