Countryside and Kingston Council's regeneration of the Cambridge Road Estate is one of the largest of its kind in London. 

When complete, the project will provide 2,170 new homes for sale, social rent and Shared Ownership, supported by community facilities, public realm improvements and landscaped outdoor spaces on a 8.6 hectare site.
