NLA Tall Buildings report

With a rapidly changing skyline and city shape, questions remain over the contributions that tall buildings bring to the capital: do we have the appropriate tools to ensure tall buildings are in the right place and of good quality design? How do tall buildings contribute to the streetscape, providing good quality public realm as part of their developments? And how do we make sure that tall buildings really address London's housing challenge? Click here to download the 2019 NLA Tall Buildings Report.

Coda tops out at York Place

We celebrated a key milestone today with the topping-out of Coda at York Place. Sincere thanks to Omer Weinberger and the team at Avanton Limited for a fantastic event. Also to Leader of Wandsworth Council Ravi Govindia and the Royal Academy of Dance's Luke Rittner and Darcey Bussell for their thought-provoking speeches. In Ravi's words, "it was important not to miss the opportunity to create a place". Collectively, this is what the whole team have been working towards: a new destination that serves all of Battersea's communities.
