Planning approval for White City Living

Patel Taylor and St James have received a resolution to grant planning permission for White City Living, one of London’s most ambitious large-scale regeneration projects. Proposals for the redevelopment of a 10.5 hectare brownfield site will provide West London with up to 1,465 new homes with a new public park at its heart. The new homes are made up of a range of different sizes and tenures, including affordable housing, while commercial, leisure and community uses are planned to support the residential development. For further information, click here.

Lombard Wharf, a 28-storey residential tower with an elegantly twisting sculptural form, has been granted planning permission. Work can now begin to construct this distinctive new addition to the Thames riverside. The tower occupies one of the last remaining waterfront sites in Wandsworth and lies adjacent to the Grade II* listed Cremorne Bridge. This combination of new homes, exemplary design and generous public realm, will work together to create a new destination for Wandsworth, drawing people towards and reconnecting the local community to the riverfront.
