Patel Taylor were commissioned to design a new children's centre for the London Borough of Richmond. The Hampton Children's Centre Development is a development proposal by the London Borough of Richmond to replace the exsiting Hampton Clinic and provide a multi use Children's Centre to provide co-located services.

The vision for this project is to provide a Children's Centre that would include facilities that would be at the heart of the community providing children's and adults services together on one site.  This multi- agency hub will provide facilities for children with profound and multiple disabilities, office provision from visiting health care workers, parenting officers, early years' specialist teachers and advisors, outreach workers and midwives.  Co-locating this wider range of professionals and services will help to provide more inegrated packages of care and enhance
