Developed by Notting Hill Genesis in partnership with Barnet Council, the Grahame Park estate regeneration masterplan provides 2,088 new homes on a 13.3 hectare site in Barnet. Supporting the new neighbourhood is a new community centre, nursery, shops, cafes and restaurants, as well as flexible workspace for local businesses.

The proposals also include a new high street that helps to stitch the proposals into surrounding neighbourhoods, with infrastructure improvements to encourage sustainable modes of travel, punctuated by green spaces.

The first phase, with 209 homes for affordable rent and shared ownership, was consented in detail within the hybrid application in May 2020. Setting a benchmark for the masterplan, the scheme features three parallel apartment blocks and townhouses all connected by a podium, with landscaped gardens above car and cycle parking and a local supermarket.
