A slim line tower will complete the group of buildings surrounding Middle Dock, terminating an important view from Canary Wharf Jubilee Line underground station towards the river Thames.

A hotel and serviced apartments are planned for the tower which rises above retail, restaurant and training uses in the four-storey podium. This element features a more playful and colourful facade and links the building to the dock, reconciling the challenge of uniting a tower with its ground plane.
