Perceval House

Ealing, London

Working together with Vistry Partnerships and Ealing Council, the Perceval House project redesigns the current local authority buildings into a new mixed-use civic centre.

Alongside improved council offices, public library and customer service hub, the development also provides 477 homes in a range of tenures above an active ground floor dedicated to a range of commercial uses. These include shops, cafés, eateries and gyms, as well as flexible workspace and spaces for the town's artisans and makers.

The development marks the transition between the town centre and Uxbridge Road/ Crossrail Corridor, as well as redefining the public spaces and routes in and around the site to help it better connect to the surrounding heritage assets and Conservation Area settings.

Proposals were submitted for planning in August 2020.
