Lexington Gardens is a mixed use development of 357 homes with ground floor commercial and community uses for Bellway and L&Q. The mix of residential tenures include affordable rented, intermediate and private ownership.

The design opens up the main frontage to create a series of pavilions and landscaped gardens to enrich the public realm.

This project is currently on site, with completion expected in Summer 2021.
