This regeneration masterplan proposal seeks to enhance the existing Winstanley and York Road Estates in Wandsworth with 2,150 new homes and new community facilities, including a leisure centre, library, community centre, children’s centre, college and church.

Proposals on this 13ha site include 4ha of public open space, with a repurposed York Gardens as well as a new linear park that provides the community with a green link to Clapham Junction station.

The masterplan delivery is carefully phased to ensure that no existing residents need to move away from the estate during construction.
