Patel Taylor

English Partnerships commissioned a study to test the housing capacity of the 45ha wooded site of the RAF Staff College in Bracknell, a beautiful wooded site. The study established an increase from 700 to 1200 homes, and was used as a framework for the tendering of the site successfully sold in December 2004. Patel Taylor used a strong urban form of typical street patterns and aligned this with the mature parkland to create a rich variety of settings and spaces.
