Stuart Rowland

Senior Architect

Stuart graduated from Lincoln School of Architecture with first class honours before gaining his Diploma in Architecture at the University of Westminster, where he was awarded a distinction. He gained experience working for practices including Atkins and John McAslan + Partners, where he worked on high profile UK and international projects.

Stuart joined Patel Taylor in 2011 and has worked on notable projects including masterplanning, residential and education schemes. These include Athletes’ Village, London Dock masterplan in Wapping, the award winning Library and Student Centre for the University of Essex, Beam Park masterplan and residential development.

Stuart became project architect in 2014, and has led a number of key projects, including the Courtyard Housing developments located within the London Borough of Barking and Dagenham. He is the project Architect for Battersea Phase 4a residential and mixed use development which forms part of the Battersea Power Station Masterplan.
