Our façade study of 8-13 Casson Square is currently on display at the Royal Academy of Arts Summer Exhibition. Curated by Spencer de Grey, sustainability was the theme for this year's Architecture Room. The complex, crafted organisation of the building's external appearance is expressed through a modular system of unitised façade panels. Manufactured off site, full-storey single and double-bay façade portions are delivered to site, glazed, sealed and ready to be craned into place. The production method benefits from waste-conscious, controlled factory conditions that lower the building's overall environmental impact.
